- Fica embargada a área do Projeto de Exploração Florestal-PEF autorizado pela AUTEX N° 2012.5.2019.13749 por apresentar informação falsa em sistema oficial de controle da origem de produtos florestais, no ato de registro da exploração/declaração de corte de indivíduos arbóreos que não foram realmente cortados na floresta, fato este que ensejou na geração de créditos indevidos no SISDOF. Com o embargo da atividade fica o autuado terminantemente proibido a realizar o abate de novos indivíduos até que seja realizado a regularização da atividade.
