What we collect

Your account's name and contact email; your WhatsApp number, when you provide it, to receive alerts; the CNPJ/CPF, name, and CAR code of each supplier you add; and the documents (NF-e, GTA and DOF data) you upload for traceability cross-referencing.

How we use it

Exclusively to check public compliance sources (CAR, INPE, IBAMA, the forced-labor registry, Receita Federal, CEIS/CNEP) on behalf of your suppliers, generate the evidence and SAQ reports you request, and send alerts when something changes. We don't sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

On our own infrastructure, with evidence PDFs stored in immutable-retention mode for the applicable legal period. Your password is never stored in plain text — only its cryptographic hash.

Your rights

You can correct your contact details at any time in Settings, or request deletion of your account by writing to [email protected].
