What's in the evidence report
One PDF per supplier, built to be attached to an audit or handed to a buyer asking for evidence — never a declaration or filing made on the customer's behalf.

The companies and findings in it are fictional. Everything else is real: it is produced by the same pipeline as a customer's report, recorded in the same append-only chain, and carries a verification code you can check without an account.

Then either enter the code printed inside it at /verify, or skip our word for it entirely: run
sha256sum on the file you downloaded and check that fingerprint instead. Both routes lead to an RFC 3161 timestamp from an independent authority that you can verify with openssl, without contacting us.Supplier identification

Status per monitored source
One row per source (CAR, deforestation, embargoes, forced-labor registry, CNPJ, sanctions, traceability) with status and the date of the last check.
Detailed findings
For every source with a finding: the raw data found (e.g. the date added to the forced-labor registry, the year of a deforestation alert) — never just a yes/no.
Traceability documents
When applicable, the result of the GTA×NF-e cross-reference (cattle) or DOF×NF-e cross-reference (timber).
Generation metadata
Generation date and the period covered — to make clear this is a snapshot in time, not a static document.
