Terms of use

What the service is

BrazilTrace monitors public compliance sources (CAR, INPE, IBAMA, the forced-labor registry, Receita Federal, CEIS/CNEP) and cross-references traceability documents you provide (NF-e, GTA, DOF), producing evidence reports for your own use.

What the service is not

BrazilTrace never registers, declares, or submits anything on your behalf to a government body, buyer, or certifier — we are not a DDS/EUDR filer, not a customs broker, not an environmental certifier. The reports we generate are an input for your own compliance officer to decide and act on.

Data accuracy

Data comes from official public sources and is reprocessed continuously, but reflects the state of those sources at the moment of the check — the absence of a finding is not a legal guarantee of compliance, and a failed lookup against a source is never treated as a clean result.

Subscription and cancellation

New accounts get 30 days of full access with no card required. After that period, continued access depends on an active subscription. Cancellation is available anytime in Settings — access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
