AP-1600279-B049-0448-E3CF-418A-961F-B92E-3B74-0A4F, Considerando a resposta da Notificação MBFWCSS5 constante no Processo 02004.001516/2024-42, Considerando o Art. 15-A, Item II do Art. 101 e o Art. 108 do Decreto Federal 6.514/2008, Fica embargado para quaisquer atividades agrossilvopastoril a área de 1.453 hectares, localizada próximo ao Ramal do Felipe, sendo um poligono com área de 726,35 hectares, coordenada geográfica de referência 00°50'24,04''S - 52°19'11,54''W, e outro com área de 726,68 hectares e coordenada geográfica de referência 00°52'21,75''S - 52°18'36,55''W, visando propiciar a regeneração natural da vegetação nativa na área onde ocorreu o dano ambiental, conforme mapa em anexo ao processo.
