Fazer funcionar fornos de carvão vegetal sem licença outorgada pela autoridade ambiental competente, ficando embargada qualquer atividade da empresa ML Carvoaria Ltda, como medida p/ impedir movimentação de crédito indevido, acobertamento de madeira ilegal (lenha/carvão), devido fraude ao sistema oficial de controle (SISFLORA), até ulterior deliberação. Obs. 1) embargo determinado pelo chefe substituto do NUCOF/PA, conforme folhas 24/processo 02018002441/2009-29. 2) A empresa foi autuada através do auto de infração n°. 687429-D, em 24/04/2009.
