- Considerando a existência de possível divergência entre o saldo físico e o saldo do Sistema DOF+, assim como, possível operacionalização do sistema federal (emissão de guias DOF e registro de conversões) por pessoa não autorizada, visto que o proprietário faleceu em junho/2025, Considerando a lavratura da Notificação L61UV74Z, Considerando que foi efetuado primeiramente o bloqueio temporario de acesso ao Sistema DOF, Considerando o Art. 9° da IN IBAMA n° 01/2017, fica embargado/bloqueado o acesso ao Sistema DOF Rastreabilidade (DOF+), exclusivamente ao PÁTIO ISADORA MADEIRAS, visando prevenir ocorrências de novas infrações, resguardar a recuperação ambiental e garantir a eficácia do processo de apuração das irregularidades, até comprovação da regularidade ambiental nos termos da citada instrução (Art.17).
