- Artigos Infringidos: Art. 47, Parágrafo 1º, e Art. 82 do Decreto Federal nº 6.514, de 22 de Julho de 2008. Considerando o volume expressivo de créditos florestais fraudulentos verificados no saldo do empreendimento conforme o Auto de Infração nº 9073898/E. Considerando o volume de madeira sem origem legal verificado em estoque no pátio do empreendimento conforme o Auto de Infração nº 9073895/E. Considerando que restou caracterizado em atividade de fiscalização realizada no dia 06 de Novembro de 2014 pelo IBAMA e a DEMA/PJC-MT que a empresa estaria receptando madeira de origem ilegal para fins industriais e comerciais. Fica embargado o empreendimento especificado, sendo tal medida imprescindível para evitar a continuidade da atividade ilegal e prevenir a ocorrência de novas infrações. A medida está fundamentada nos seguintes dispositivos legais e regulamentares: Lei Federal nº 9.605, de 12 de Fevereiro de 1998, Art. 70, Parágrafo 1º, e o Art. 72, Inciso VII, Parágrafo 7º, e Decreto Federal nº 6.514, de 22 de Julho de 2008, Art. 3º, Inciso VII, Art. 101, Inciso II, Parágrafo 1º.
