- Fica embargada a atividade física da carvoaria, ficando proibido o recebimento, processamento industrial e venda de produtos florestais até a efetivação de todos os ajustes administrativos cabíveis e posterior decisão da autoridade competente, pois a carvoaria executou fraude em sistema oficial de controle com a movimentação de entrada de crédito indevido (dissociação do crédito florestal da matéria prima resíduo florestal) acobertando madeira oriunda de áreas de desmatamento e extração ilegal de madeira efetuando a fabricação de carvão sem origem legal.
