Ficam embargadas todas as atividades da empresa madeireira em razão da mesma ter sido flagrada com 992,686 m³ de madeiras em toras e serradas (570,1016 m³) e (422,587 m³) respectivamente, sem autorização do órgão ambiental competente e sem origem comprovada, embargo realizado em conformidade com a Lei Federal 9605/98 70 1° 72 II,VII Decreto Federal 6514/08 3 II,VII 47 § 1º. A empresa deve cumprir o estabelecido no Artigo 17 da IN 01/2017 do IBAMA para requerer a liberação do embargo, principalmente deve comprovar de onde serão extraídas as madeiras para continuar suas atividades.
