- Ficam embargadas todas as atividades da empresa até que sejam apresentadas as 3.709 unidades de toras nativas e os 162 lotes de madeiras serradas que se encontravam dentro do perímetro que hoje está sendo ocupado pela empresa Serraria Nossa Senhora Aparecida. Observo que em 26/10/2021, equipe de Agentes Ambientais Federais do IBAMA, flagraram no local em funcionamento um pátio clandestino ( sem licença ambiental) da empresa Tereza Ribeiro Melo. Durante a inspeção na data de hoje (04/07/23), foi constatado que toda a madeira que estava no local desapareceu. As madeiras estão relacionadas na página 11 do documento SEI 1139868.
