Em observação ao art. 108 do Decreto Federal nº 6.514/08, ficam embargadas todas as atividades nas áreas dos polígonos que extrapolam aquela delimitada pela poligonal da Permissão de Lavra Garimpeira, expedida junto ao Processo Minerário ANM nº 850.522/2021, identificados em carta-imagem anexa a este termo, até que sejam recuperados os danos ambientais ocasionados em todas estas áreas, os quais perfazem 112,294 hectares. Este embargo não veda o exercício de atividades lícitas na área visando sua recuperação ambiental.
