- Ficam embargadas todas e quaisquer atividades na área de 280,27 ha, objeto das autorizações florestais 2041.5.2024.27990 e 2041.5.2023.94220, com objetivo de paralisar as atividades irregulares relacionadas à exploração e comercialização irregular de espécie ameaçada de extinção e o uso indevido do sistema federal de controle florestal. Obs.: Exceto atividades de recuperação do dano ambiental. Para fins de desembargo deverão ser apresentados novos estudos, incluindo inventário florestal atualizado considerando todas as árvores nativas presentes na área de supressão. O desembargo só poderá ser efetuado mediante vistoria prévia por equipe técnica do IBAMA.
