OFAC sanctions list (Specially Designated Nationals)
Individuals and entities subject to United States sanctions, published by the US Treasury. Unlike every other register on this site, this one carries no Brazilian tax identifier — matching is by name alone, which makes a hit a prompt to verify identity rather than a finding. Read a match as unresolved identity until you have compared the listing's own identifying details against what you know about your supplier.
How to read this, and what we leave out
We publish businesses, not individuals. 9,345 of the 19,199 current entries are natural persons identified by CPF rather than registered businesses. They are counted in the totals above, because leaving them out would misrepresent the size of the register — but we do not republish their names or their tax numbers. The official source remains public for anyone who needs it.
What a listing does not prove: Matched on name only — this list carries no Brazilian tax identifier. Name matches are a prompt to verify independently, never a conclusion. Common company names produce false positives, and this is the source most likely to.
This page is a republication of an official public register, with provenance and dates attached. It is not an accusation by us, not legal advice, and not a compliance attestation. If you believe an entry here is wrong or out of date, tell us at [email protected] and check the official source below.
